Shipping policy

S H I P P I N G

The Costume Room offer free worldwide shipping on all our pieces. We ship with An Post, the Irish postal service.

Delivery is tracked and requires a signature. If An Post is unable to deliver your piece to you, they will leave a delivery notification docket for you.

The Costume Room pieces are made to order to avoid waste and deadstock, your order will be dispatched two weeks after receipt of payment. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped and it is on its way. If you need your piece sooner, then please send us an email info@thecostumeroom.com and we will do our very best to accommodate you with your order.

For shipments to non-EU countries the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes. Payment is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise the amount this may be.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit.

ESTIMATE DELIVERY TIMES

Within Ireland: 2-5 working days

From Ireland to Europe: 3-7 working days

From Ireland to the rest of the World:  5-10 working days depending on your countries customs procedures & postal service delivery times.
